Composition of the first aid kit. The first aid kit must include the following first aid supplies: bandages – 10 packs of different widths and 5 pocket bandages (individual packages), adhesive plaster and emergency bandage, 2 triangular scarves, 2 packs of sterile hydrophilic gauze, 2 packs of bandage wool, 50 ml of iodine tincture. 100 g 3% hydrogen peroxide, 2 to 3 sachets of acetic acid aluminum, baking soda powder or tablets, 100 g 3% boric liquid, citric acid powder, 50 g 3% boric vaseline, activated charcoal, painkillers, 10 g potassium permanganate, scissors, tweezers, pressure tourniquet, eye dropper, thermometer and English pins.
Dressings and medications should be periodically replaced and supplemented. First of all, this applies to hydrogen peroxide, the effect of which weakens after 1 – 2 weeks.
The price of the above remedies is not high. On the other hand, their value and action with a quick and correct first aid is extremely high, one might even say, invaluable.
